Re: Face Nodules
Can I ask what you mean by face nodules? Is it more like a rash, pimples, cysts, or fatty cysts? Certain arthritic conditions can cause nodules, but usually in the limbs involved. Do you have any kind of arthritis? I'd think this isn't in the realm of physio and suggest you check in with a doctor or skin specialist.

Re: Face Nodules
Hello Kanchan,
I agree with Violablue - this sounds more like a problem for a doctor or dermatologist rather than a physiotherapist. As the nodules are not red or painful it does not sound like a dermatitis or engorged pimple.
It would be wise to have the area checked by a professional as some skin conditions can be associated with facial scarring. If you are exposed to the sun frequently the area can also be susceptible to various types of skin cancer, also a good reason to get checked. Some areas of the world also have problems with organisms that can grow under the skin, causing lumps. It may only be blocked sebaceous glands, bt please seek advice from someone that can actually look at the problem.
Cheers,

Re: Face Nodules
Hi Kanchan,
I see you are in Delhi, India so it should be easy to find a dermatologist. The nodules don't sound dangerous, but a 'slit skin smear' may help decide diagnosis and treatment. The cause of your nodules needs to be known before recommending any physiotherapy. Dermatologists will know what else to recommend as well. Good luck!
