Hey sorry to bother again, just wondering why i cant get a full contraction in lats while doing dumbbell rows, after doing like 5 dumbbell rows i feel a slight burning sensation around my lower traps area. Is the problem that my lower traps arent strong enough to retract scapular while doign dumbbell rows as i do prone y raises and struggle doing 10 reps with the weight of arm.
