I just had a microdiscectomy L5/S1 with only leg pain and spasm as symptoms. On D/C there was no neuro pain down leg and spasm was 2/10 pain. I have planned a trip to Japan for 28th January for a snowboarding holiday. I'm a fairly accomplished boarder of 7 years. With the correct rehab, will I be fit enough to ride the slopes?
