Service Improvement Idea

Hi all,

As part of an investigation, I am looking into an area of physiotherapy that could be improved to better involve patients and their carers (where applicable). I am at the gathering ideas stage, and I am wondering if there are people here who have noticed a short falling in their current service provision within an NHS environment? Are we failing patients in some way, and if so, how? It could be from any area of physio, and it would also be interesting to hear how you would better involve the patients in their care.
