spinal surgery protocol

Looking for any info on protocol's for spinal surgery.
The hospital I am working at does not have any!
All info would be appreciated

we are currently making a spinal protocal for lumbar surgeries ,will have it posted as soon as its done
generally we recently started prehab 2 weeks before surgery , post op 2-3 weeks for microdisc/laminectomy
oswestry is a great scale to have pre/post op

I recently visited Lewis Orthopaedics for spinal surgery in Killeen, Texas. I am very happy with the treatment, they evaluates the patient on the basis of their history, present condition and physical examination.
