Exercise Science > M Physiotherapy
Hey, I've just completed an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and have accepted an offer for Masters of Physiotherapy. I was wondering if anyone here has taken this or a similar pathway? I'm very excited to get started but I imagine I need to catch up on some functional anatomy. Is there anything else you would recommend doing before starting the course? Can anyone provide some links to useful resources?
Thanks in advance.
(Wasn't sure to post here or in students section, feel free to move it)
Re: Exercise Science > M Physiotherapy
Hey there,
Yes I have done very similar to you- Exercise Rehab and then Graduate entry Masters of Physio. Where will you be studying? I could give you more advice if you are going to be at Curtin.
From my experience, I'd say brush up on your anatomy loads- in my case it wasn't too bad because we covered a fair bit in my undergrad and I like anatomy anyway. There are a lot of good resources out there: check out youtube and the user 'hyperhighs' who makes awesome anatomy drawing videos. So simple and clear.
That's probably the main thing- the rest you will learn as you go, you will be fine

Hey thanks for the reply. Yeah I've used hyperhighs in the past haha, along with Khan Academy. I'll be at Sydney Uni.
