has anyone done a first aid course through a comany called first aid physio?

I wonder if anyone can feed back on their experience of a company called first aid physio? ... I did a sports first aid course through them a month ago and although the content and teaching of the course were very good, I have become concerned about the administration procedures in this company as they have been unable to produce my certificate despite my regular contact to chase this up. The main contact is slow to reply to emails, and tells me that she doesnt have anything to do with the certificates and can give no idea on when it will get sent out. This seems very strange as most first aid courses give you your certificate on the day or at least very soon after completion of the course.

Has anyone else used this company for first aid training? if so please can you tell me how long it took for them to get your certificate to you?
