orthotic therapy

I recently bought a pair of ICB heat mouldable orthotics. they are great. I had realy bad knee pains and pains in my lower back. My therapist recommended orthotic therapy and heat moulded a pair of the ICB orthotics to my foot. Ever since then I cant feel the pain in my knees and lower back any more. I have a little problem. I want a pair of orthotics for my son but my therapist is over seas for 6 months and I don't want to wait that long. If you know any physios that deal with or use these orthotics in their therapy please give me details. I live in Sydney Australia
