Sports team physio experience @ Leeds West Yorkshire

I am a qualified physiotherapist returning to practice after a career change, I am looking for some voluntary within the profession. I'd love to get some experience with a sports team, so if any physio's out there want a volunteer or could offer some work experience, I would be very grateful. Anywhere around the Yorkshire or Leeds would be great, I have transport and don't mind travelling.
