Re: Confusing leg problems
Hi, I read your post with interest. It sound very much as if our device can help you.
The Neurocare 1000/4P™ differs significantly from conventional EMS systems in that it recruits both “active” and “inactive” or injured muscle fibres, strengthening and re-educating the muscle by simulating exercise using a higher maximum output (440 volts) whilst only producing 4 milliamps of current. Unfortunately we do not have a physio we can recommend in Sheffield the nearest to you will be in Balsall Common. Otherwise we could investigate the possibility of renting you a device under the supervision of our physio in Balsall. If interested please contact me on 0115 9501597 or e-mail me [email protected]
Re: Confusing leg problems
May I ask how your tear was diagnosed?
It appears that your problems would be related to the sartorius tear certainly. Whenever there is an injury/insult to a specific area there is maladaptive movement patterns, pain inhibition, and scar tissue/tightening in the area. In this case you may have an associated ligament sprain, but most likely spasm/tightness, and abnormal muscle tone. You may even want to get an MRI to confirm the consequences of the tear. I would be concerned about iguinal injury when you speak about stomach pain. Can be associated hip flexor problem or other issue
