i've a female patient aged 24yrs having past h/o sacroilliatas & uti(3 times)..at present her patrick's test is -ve..she had also undergone cessarian section 2months back...her c/c is pain in (rt)medial upper thigh........
physician told her that due to uti, pus spreads n causes pain.....
is it possible???
any ideas????
