Becoming a Cardiac Physiologist with BSc Sport and Exercise Science? (uk)

Is it possible to become one if i take BSc Sport Science? Or will i have to do a MSc in Physiology or something?
Also, does this apply if i want to do Rehabilitation? (e.g. cardiac rehabilitation)
