Clinic room rental prices

I have set up a new clinic, moving my own treatments into a bigger set up in the town centre.

I will be renting one room out to a reflexologist and acupuncturist on seperate days.

Could I have some ideas on room costs please! I will also be advertising their services via my clinic front, website, leaflets etc.

In the past I have worked at a clinic that took 40% commission on all clients and another where they charged £10 an hour for the room.

I have also been discussing with another clinic how they charge a set fee a month, say £40 and then a fiver for each client on top of that.

Which is the most common/reasonable in the south west?
