Courses to help pass Australian entry exams

I am a new British trained Physio that has been working for the NHS for a year in various inpatient settings. I am now ready to start my registration to move to Australia and am aware I will need to complete the written and practical exams.
I am worried that I have not worked in all areas and not with children at all. I am keen to get some proper tuition in order to pass my exams first time round.
Does anyone know any study groups or courses that go through the syllabus?

I am also keen to work in Australia in Inpatient settings but seem to find most jobs want outpatients physios. Is there much work for just inpatient physios out there?
