Experienced Hand Therapy Physio from UK: Equivalence possible?

Hi All,
I am a Senior Physiotherapist working in Hand Therapy in the UK NHS. I graduated from India on a 3 year BSc Degree and came to UK to do an additional 1 yr bridge course enabling me to get HPC registration in 2003. I now have an opportunity to go to Australia (Brisbane) in 2013 for 1 year (due to husband's job!).
Is there any chance that with my post graduate work experience and the above mentioned 4 year under grad study I may be considered for equivalence by APC?
Any help with this process will be very welcome!!
Also does any one know what is the earliest clinical assessment one can take after the March 2013 written exams?
