I have a client who had a complete rupture of his tendon some time back. However, they are not a suitable candidate for surgery and so will not be surgically repaired. ANy suggestions for exercise programme. (he is currently not mobilising and wont be in the future due to separate co-morbidities but his family are very anxious that the client be doing something?)
Any suggestions would be welcome
