work for paediatric physiotherapist

Dear everybody!
I'm a Hungarian pysiotherapist and I've worked with little babies and children with CP and other neurological and orthopaedical problem in an Early-Development Centre since 2001. We use a Hungarian method, called Deveny Special manual technique - gymnastic Method for them. I'm planning to go work to the UK, but I have got some question for you.
I don't know what kinds of institutes are there and what is the system of the treatment of children with some neurological problems? What kinds of methods are used there? Where can I work with children out of hospitals?Where can I enquire about it? And what should I do to get possibilieties to work in the UK, like a physiotherapist? Please help me!
