Neck Pain
Hi, for many years I've had neck pain but the pain has not been so bad that I've needed to seek medical attention. Now, however, I'm wondering if I should try and address the problem before it becomes more of a problem.
I think the exact location is on my right side, C2/C3 on the cervical vertebrae. I'm sure this is related to the pillow I use, which is an old thing and doesn't provide much support. Can anyone recommend a type of pillow that would help to address my issue?

Re: Neck Pain
Short answer is a orthopaedic pillow. They are designed to induce a lordotic curve back into the cervical vertebra. They also keep there form for two years meaning the pillow you go to sleep on in jan ins the pillow you wake up on in dec.
Most people take some time to adjust to the pillows 2-3 weeks and some take to them straight away.
Most are the same memory foam material and should have either a curve or a bump to support neck.
They should be used on there own and a good company will do diffrent thicknessess (large shoulders or petite ladies) low line or normal. We use a company called Harley in UK

Re: Neck Pain
I'll get hold of an orthopaedic pillow and let you know how I get on.

Re: Neck Pain
I would suggest, Bouncy pillow is the best pillow for neck pain.
