Hello. Broke ribs 4, 6, and 7 in a fall a week ago. Have been playing trumpet (the show must go on!) with the use of major painkillers. Physician said playing shouldn't exacerbate the injury, but it's still very painful. Any thoughts on how to speed healing would be much appreciated. Thx.
