I am experienced Physical Therapist with more than 14 years of experience in the Physical Therapy Field, searching for a Home Care Physical Therapy work in Chicago, I live in Palos Hills and looking for work around that area or for work in Chicago City where I am already seeing patients now. I have a Master and PhD degrees too beside the clinical experiences. My Professional License (IL), vaccination, Physical Examination, Car insurance, Driving License, CPR are all up to date.
