What are you looking for in your next Physiotherapy job?

I work in sourcing allied health professionals and placing them in roles throughout Australia and have had some physiotherapy positions vacant for a period of time. I have had had success with placing graduates in regional Australia and a senior physiotherapist in a super clinic however these are vacancies that I think would be a great career opportunity but they seem to be over looked by those qualified to do them. So I am wondering what do physiotherapists look for in an employment opportunity and what makes them relocate for the right role?
