how to make yourself a team physiotherapist?

I am thinking of setting up collaboration to some atheltic teams, dance companies etc. I have some network, but what else should be made in the deal eg: how to charge, whether I should treat them at the place or my clinic working at.

I am still new so that I wanna have this coverage aiming for more experience than profit making. However, I don't have any experience in setting up such service.

Can somebody gimme some tips/ advices?

ps: I am from SE Asia

I understand the physiotherapy association in Singapore has an informal private practice group. This might be a good place to start.:)
