Major problems faced by all urban and rural areas are due to anemia. It's rampant, and preventive measures are available but awareness is poor.
Is it possible to design a simple protocol with iron+folic acid tabs+ exercise prescription in order to improve the condition?
Would like to know your views on this one. Thank you :)
hi
ur post sounds interestg...
what i understand is - prolonged exercise is dangerous while the person is anaemic(i mean the aerobic/cardio workouts)as the iron storage is less ;causing shortness of breath. So should opt for short burst execises (eg.bench press, leg press..).But as u think really need a proven exercise prescription for the same! U know, its a great research topic. I will try to get back to u with an apt answer..
