Does anyone have some experience about using electrical muscle stimulation in patients with Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy ( FSHD) ?
I was thinking about using it for "complementary treatment" of scapular stabilisers muscles, with a FSHD patient, muscle testing between 3+ and 4+, but I don't know whether this could cause « adverses effects » like muscle weakness, tightness or soreness ?
