Geriatric PT Room in Belize - Central America

Good day members of the forum,
My name is Ajay and I'm a general physician in Belize, Central America. Currently I head a nonprofit clinic that provides free health care to the geriatric population of the city. We are in the process of trying to set up a physiotherapy center for our members. As I am unsure what exactly is needed in terms of equipment I am reaching out to the PT community to ask for your help.
We have an area of 20 x 40ft to work with. We are looking for the most basic equipment to start with. Items that can be constructed from items found at a hardware store would be the easiest as it does not have to be imported and most probably be donated.
I know this is pretty vague but Im not sure what information is pertinent. If you have any questions, suggestions or can help with donating equipment, please let me know.
