I am seeking advice on where I can find a decent form of rib protection to wear under a shirt while playing football.
I fractured my rib in December and - upon researching about this injury - it was advised (from a physiotherapist) that some kind of 'padding' should be worn to minimize the chances of re-injury.
What can you recommend that would be suitable for rib protection for use under a shirt?
