Hi I'm a newbie here and Want to Ask Help with Injured Leg
I've been playing volleyball since high school but had not experienced serious injury until recently. We were having a volleyball league and while playing, a team mate accidentally step on my ankle causing me fall hard and break my ankle. I'm in the process of recuperating. I'm now going for a hydrotherapy and can see some improvement but I still can't walk. So my question is what would be the best therapy for a quick sports injury?

I have played competitive volleyball here in the eastern US and broke the outside little toe by landing on our middle blockers foot. What part of your foot was broken? Did they put you in a cast or pin it? From the sounds of it, there may not be a quick fix if you can't walk yet, but I don't know how long it has been since the injury

Hi, are you going through the public system as an outpatient?
Can you provide details of surgery and post operative instructions?
This will help further advice.
Thanks.

There are many exercises suggested by sports medicine expert that you can perform to treat sport injuries. The exercises mainly include range of motion exercises, stretching and strengthening exercises. It is advisable to perform these exercises under the supervision of a certified physical therapist to prevent further damage to the affected part.
