Advice on Cva case poster presentation please?!

Hi,
Im a 3rd yr Physio student in uk. I have to prepare and present a case study from my present placement (stroke unit). Its my first one and would appriciate any structure advice for my poster presentation! Probably sounds like a strange request but Im stressing about it!!!!

ps i am a p/t student so 3rd yr is the new 2nd yr--- 4yr course
