Master Degree Thesis - help by filling short survey about treatment Lumbago with Sciatica (M54.4)

Hi,
I`m currently beginning to write my Master Degree Thesis (it has to be based on my own research).
I have some ideas what to write about, one of them is to check the differences around the world in treatment of "Lumbago with Sciatica M54.4".
So I would be very grateful if You would like to fill that little survey (It takes about 1-2 minutes to fill). Let`s say it`s a first version of My survey and depend on the results it will be modified later :)
