Hi, I have Cuboid fracture, I was no activity for two months, and now orthopedist gave me physical therapy.
I want to know which exercises the physical therapist is going to give me, and what areas of the foot should it be a pain.
Thank you, Jacob.

Can you tell us how you suffered the injury? e.g. repetitive strain, jumping, running etc. The initial work would be done to 'wake up' the intrinsic muscles of the foot so that they can assist basic stabilization of your various foot arches. Following that assessing the entire lower limb with a view to prevention would be part of your rehab. Even swimming would be useful in the early stages where the foot might not like to much weight bearing but which could cope with the resistance of water during kicking.
While the injury I had plaster cast, so I was not in any physical activity.
Can you please tell me where It's going to pain when I will go to Physiotherapy?
