University of St Augustine courses

Hello!
I've just completed my registration at University of St Augustine for the courses i was lacking after evaluation. These are
*Pharmacology
*Cultural competence
*Consultation, screening and delegation
*Metabolic disorders
*Integumentary
I'm looking at the course syllabus and i'm just confused and overwhelmed. Has anyone here completed courses with them? How strict is their grading cos it says we need a minimum passing score of 75%.
Secondly, the pharmacology is an online course, not independent study. How long does it take to complete the course?
