Mike qualified with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy at the University of Salford via the Professional Footballer Association after his time spent as a player at Rochdale AFC. Mike continued playing semi professionally whilst studying for his degree and becoming a qualified personal trainer, working 1 to 1 with clients & also with local GP's overseeing exercise referral schemes. Mikes expertise lies with high level rehabilitation, experience & understanding of standards set at professional/ amateur level sport and also everyday workers. He continues to compete in high level sport at district level as a scratch golfer and applies his playing knowledge & skills with golf specific biomechanical analysis to promote prehabilitation/ rehabilitation of movement dysfunction in golfers. His high clinical standards and friendly approach make for a professional and relaxed experience for helping patients return to their optimum health & fitness.
