I am a fully Certified Pilates Instructor, as well as a Chartered Physiotherapist. I teach a number of Pilates classes locally and I also have individual clients. I specialised in Women's Health and Gynaecology 13 years ago and have worked closely with gynaecologists, continence advisors and midwives. I practice acupuncture which I find complements my work as a physiotherapist very effectively.
