Hi, I'm a physiotherapy student starting my dissertation.
My dissertation is going to look at physiotherapy student health promotion practices whilst on placement. I was wondering if anyone knew of a questionnaire/survey that covers this topic. Either a questionnaire that looks practice behaviours or at health promotion behaviours.
