About a year ago I sustained a mechanical injury to the masseter muscle of my jaw, now it still hurts and crackles when I open my jaw wide and I've had difficulty smiling and chewing for the past year. No bones were broken though.
I'm going to ask my physio to do something for it but does anyone know what it could be? Scar tissue?
