Hello!
Colleagues, I would like to solicit some informations or links that could help me in preparing my in-service lecture in our hospital regarding SHOULDER CONDITIONS, ITS DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS and PHYSICAL THERAPY MANAGEMENT. I collected a lot of literatures regarding each conditions but I am looking for a brief summary of each condition in a tabulated form so each condition could be easily be compared when presented in a slide. :o

U can try "Shoulder Pain" by Rene Cailliet,his series are quite easy to understand and explain the finer points of shoulder conditons. Hope this one helps...:)

AC Sprains/Tear
*AC injuries may be seen with falls on adducted shoulder, type 1 injury is non-displaced sprain of AC ligament, manifestication by local tenderness without anatomic deformity.
Type 2 injury, involves AC tear and coracoclavicular ligament sprain, but coracoclavicular(CC) interspace is intact.
treatment of type 1 or 2 includes arm sling, ice, analgesic and progressive ROM ex.
unstable type 2 may require arm sling use for 2-4 weeks, sports activities can be resumed when full painless ROM is achived and deltoid strength is near the baseline.
type 3 and 4 lesions involve rupture of AC and CC ligament with varying displacements of clavicle, these require orthopedics consaultation
Adhesive capsulitis
syndrome characterized by progressive loss of ROM in gleniohumeral joint, adduction and ER affected more than other movement, may be end result of other conditions that result of prolonged immobility such as bursitis, rotator cuff tendonitis
treatment includes progressive ROM ex, with heat and NSAIDs , steroid injection and manipulation under anesthesia, recovery may takes several months.

Hi - from what you say, you already have all the information. It shouldn't be difficult to tabulate it.
What conditions do you have?
What are the main subjective examination features you will find in these populations? Esp the ones that make it stand out.
What are the main objective examination features you will find
What are the treatments possible
etc etc
If you want more information, just google "shoulder conditions differential diagnosis" or something similar. That is what Google is for!!

Just so you know, I know what Google is for!!!! And I used their search engine thoroughly but I couldn't find what I want. And am not seeking out for help here so that I won't have to create my own table and things will be easier for me. I have all the literatures that I need and I just want something where I can pattern/compare my table.
And please try to confer here without sarcasm because your words doesn't sound really good.

No sarcasm involved. It is hard to help when we don't know what you have.
If what you want is to compare what you have with something else, why don't you post what you have and then we can look to see if we can fill in any gaps. Like Hussam said "it is an open ended question with millions of answers".
I am sure we are all happy to help each other. My post was simply expressing my confusion - your post said you had a lot of information - were you looking for more information? A summary? You didn't mention what you had already looked at nor where you had looked. It is difficult to help with limited information.
If you truly want help with your current information, just post what you already have in a PDF or Word Document and let's go from there.
