Polish 1 year PT student seeking internship !!

I'm a first year Physiotherapy student at the Medical University of Białystok in Poland. I was wondering if it is possible ( and how) to find internship ( during long vacation- 6- 9.07) abroad ( UK, Sweden etc ) ?? I would like to they provide me at least accomodation.

In a near future ( before long holiday) I will have a massage certificate ( sporting and therapeutic) and I Aid Licence

I would really appreciate if someone has time to share their knowledges with me.
