I am looking to complete a research project in patients post THR/TKR - does anyone have any ideas for a research question???
How about the effectiveness of administering a psoas (hip flexion in general) prehabilitation program for total hip patients. Maybe measure the outcome effectiveness in temrs of time and ADL's post discharge of an exercise group and a control group. You can bet that all have weak hip flexor components preOP and that without pain the weakness is still there. Perhaps prehabing it will assist things like stairs, shower hobs etc post op?
