I read this book: Getting into Physiotherapy Courses by Barton, James. I found it very informative, and has all the information I think you're looking for. Definitely opened my eyes. It has a whole chapter on interviews, and gives sample questions that they might ask you. Very informative and easy to read. It was like £4 in Kindle Edition.
