Clinical notes software-what is the best to use

I am very interested in starting to use some sort of software to use for my clinical notes. My practice only currently consists of myself and therefore I don't a) need or want anything too expensive b) need anything too high tec
however I would like something that I can use on my iPad too, I can use it wherever I go and it can be backed up easily.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be gratefully received!
