My name is Francesca and I actually work for Unite Health Management who are the official providers of APPI Pilates training in Australia. I also used to work in the APPI UK Head Office. Both forms of training are very different and we are often asked what is the difference between APPI and other Pilates providers. Glenn Withers APPI Co-Founder tries to answer this question here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qIIvAc7qEtc). I suppose one main difference is APPI was designed by physiotherapists specifically for the rehabilitation setting. Each exercise has been broken down according to pain, pathology and function and we aim at giving you the tools to create individual (and group) programs for your patients.
