HI there,
I was wondering if anyone could help me get started with this. I am just starting my portfolio so i could do with a bit of help.
Competency 1 - Indicator: explain aspects of the social, cultural, psychological, environmental, spiritual and belief systems influencing human development and behaviour.
I don't believe i covered this at uni and have no idea how i can provide evidence for it, any ideas would be appreciated.

It is multifactorial questions , I believe you can first try to find out what human development and behavior means ( defination ) espicially in relation to NZ Board . then relate each factor to both . I think the NZ physiotherapy Society has a file regarding culture espicially related to their original inhibitiants Maori .

yeah covered that at uni was just gettin a bit mixed up!!!
covered it a t uni but wasn't sure how to provide "evidence" of cpd in the area!! and how "currently meeting"
think im gettin to deep with my portfolio, the uni module should cover that with some other evidence from junior an senior rotations.
is any one able to provide a word count of competency 1.1.1? im over 1000 and feel i could go on forever!!! descriding experiences!!!!
any other advice is appreciated!

I only gave referece to my course handbook only and it worked. Remember you only have to prove competency in the last 10 years so if you did it at uni and that was within 10 yrs ago you should be fine.

really appreciate the advice, ive been gettin carried away with it all i think!!
ie describing for each competency all my junior and senior rotations!! but as you can imagine was clockin up thousands of words!! just for 1.1.1!!
so just to recap you simply refered to your course syllabus were appropriate
did you include any uni essays as evidence of this or was the syllabus sufficient??
also did you include your university placements papaer work ie feedback from senior and marks or was the fact that the marks are on the transcript from the uni sufficient

The course transcripts were enough and official copy of my marks for clinical placements. However, i did include a lot of my work since qualifying eg, rotational reviews / objectives/ appraisals/ course handouts that i have taught etc. to evidence clinical competency in different areas.

Im currently going through my information and was considering referencing my A levels as demonstrating my knowledge of all the cells and systems, as we did this within my a - level biology course.
