Physiotherapy following Hyaluronate injection

I have a patient with a chronic muscle tear to the calf muscle. He is to have it injected under ultrasound guidance. The consultant wishes "mobilisation". Has anyone had any experience of this type of treatment and the post injection rehabilitation process?

I haven't had experience with it but I have read that being injected under ultrasound guidance have significantly high level of pain relief, physical recovery and fast regeneration.
