Hi all, basically it seems like my whole left side is tight. High up on the pec, trap and neck. Also my AC joint is sore to the touch and seems to stick out further than the other. I've never had any injury. My left QL (I think it's that) is also insanely tight. I'm not sure if that'd be connected to the upper body problems.
Does anybody know why this is happening?
Any replies are very much appreciated.
