Rehabilitation case management is about assisting injured, disabled or sick people after an injury or accident to get the right services at the right time and maximise recovery and return to independence. Our MSK immediate medical assessment service is an early intervention, evidence based, stepped care telephonic triage/case management service.

We are currently seeking registered physiotherapists interested in training as rehabilitation case managers. You may be a recent graduate, seeking your first or seond role, an experienced physiotherapist looking for a job share or just looking for a change from hands on practice. We are also keen to hear from extended scope practitioners who wish to use their diagnostic and imaging skills in a rehabilitation setting.
