I have more than twenty years' experience as a clinical physiotherapist. Over the past ten years I have worked for the Royal Australian Defence Force and Royal Navy as a civilian physiotherapist. My husband and I opened Focus Physiotherapy in 2013 and we now work with our local community to provide high quality individual assessment and treatment options utilising evidence-based strategies. My passion lies in helping people achieve their goals in the shortest possible time-frame.
