Australian physiotherapist wanting to work in Philadelphia

Hi All,

Im a grade 1 physiotherapist in Australia that would like to go over to Phili to work for 12 months as this is where my partner will be based. I have a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Masters in Physiotherapy.

Have tried researching the requirements but am still a little confused so some help would be much appreciated with:

1. What is the basic process/steps I need to take? Do Australian Physio's need to sit an exam?
2. What costs are involved?

Not being lazy here, just can't seem to find the information I'm after

Hi pikla,

How did you get on with your licensing?
I have the exact same qualifications as you in terms of education and I was wondering whether you were deficient in any credits when you had your degrees checked?
I am awaiting my uni/schools to send my docuemnts to ICD to be evaluated.
