health care worker certificate

Hi can anybody say me about health care worker certificate when does fccpt issues that .
I have done education credential evaluation from fccpt . Fccpt gave me 17 general credits and they mention I need to completer 43 other credits to complete 60 general credits requirement and 1 professional delegation course .
Fccpt sent one report to ohio Bord . After review my credential they sent me later in that they mention that they accept my general credits even though it’s 17 bz my total credits is sufficient enough as I got total 180.21 credits from both my Bachelor and Master. They ask me to do only professional credit delegation and toefl .
I can’t understand what should I do? Should I need to complete 60 credit to get Heath care worker certificate or type 1 evaluation ?
What should I do next ..
