Need help regarding masters in physiotherapy

hello everyone
i will be completing my graduation in an year now
i want to do a master in neuro pt
which is the best place for masters and to find a job UNITED SATES or the UNITED KINGDOM ?
my option was uk but peep's say that it's kind of hard to get a job there
how true is that ?
how are the job's in uk ?
how is the education ?
if it's us which are good universities ? how are the job opertunities in the states ?
dropping the info about the universities , course duration, and the fee structure would be a lot hepfull
