Therapy and life satisfaction

Hello,
My name is Mark M. and my mother is a 15 year stroke survivor. I am currently doing an undergraduate correlational study on physical therapy environment and life-satisfaction. I have always been intrigued with my mother’s recovery process and this study is a testament to that. I am asking you to please donate some of your time and participate in this voluntary survey. Hi Mark,

I have just tried to participate in the survey a I am involved in Physiotherapy in various environments - however, as a therapist.
Then I found that the questions are for patients, not therapists.
You might want to add a comment to your thread that your request is not aimed at therapists, but patients.
